Adult ADHD Testing

I’m a licensed psychologist who specializes in comprehensive adult ADHD testing.

Do you feel like you’re working twice as hard just to keep up?
Do people notice your forgetfulness?

ADHD can look like misplacing things, forgetting why you opened a browser tab, and having a difficult time completing tasks. Focus struggles can leave you frustrated, embarrassed, and wondering why everything feels harder than it should. If staying organized feels like herding cats inside your own brain, I can help you figure out what’s really going on.

Adults Come to Me for ADHD Testing When They:

  • Struggle in work or school
  • Start doubting their intelligence
  • Feel overwhelmed
  • Forget easily
  • Can’t focus
  • Procrastinate starting tasks

While ADHD doesn’t disappear, therapy can help you build skills, reduce overwhelm, and create systems that make life feel more manageable and aligned with your goals.

What ADHD Testing With Me Is Like

My goal is straightforward: clarity. I want you to leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on and a plan for what to do next. Over 2–3 structured sessions, we’ll look at your history, your current struggles, and the patterns that show up in everyday life, while also checking for other reasons that focus might be a problem.

Modalities and Tools I Use

Structured Clinical Interview and Diagnostic Testing
We’ll have a guided conversation about attention, focus, mood, and daily functioning to help distinguish ADHD from other possible explanations. I’ll also use research-backed, gold-standard tests that provide objective data. Together, this information helps us understand the pattern and severity of symptoms so the diagnosis is clear and well-supported.

Comprehensive Written Report
I will provide you with a detailed explanation of your results in clear language that you can use for treatment planning, medication consults, as well as school or workplace accommodations.

Answers and a way forward.

Testing doesn’t just provide answers; it helps clarify what comes next.
